Before
Step 1
Make a triangle section on top of the head starting at the front hairline. Starting at the left eye to the crown and finishing at the right eye. Divide the top section into 4 quadrants utilizing a zig zag parting. This will create 4 triangles.
Step 2
Make 9 vertical sections around the head starting at the front hairline. Each section will vary depending on the size of the head, however they should each be approximately 1 1/2- 2 inches in width.
Step 3
Starting with the top sections, apply equal parts of 5RV-5.5 Light Burgundy Brown and ion™ Sensitive Scalp 20 Volume Developer to #1 sections, and equal parts 5R-5.6 Light Red Brown and ion™ Sensitive Scalp 30 Volume Developer to #2 sections.
Then, continue alternating formulas with the vertical sections.
